my overall experience with Proofpoint is very positive. rare do i see a silicon valley company thrive and care about employees the way PFPT does.

my overall experience is both positive and some negative but mostly positive. Positive with working with good/respectful co-workers doing meaningful work. Negative because i feel that promotion and career advancement is not fully planned out.

the base salary is the best part.

It used to be RSU's but now that we have none, I would say the bonus that has been attained for more than 100%.

What makes me most happy is when I match a good candidate into a good role. And when a manager gets a good hire.
