It's a really supportive team. You never feel discouraged to reach out for help. We have a one team attitude

I love what I do! The work is interesting, there is a lot of empowerment and my coworkers are fun to work with

The level of consistent communication is greater than company I have worked for. The weekly townhalls provide great direction and clarity, great info is shared regularly.

We believe in what we do and want to see each other succeed. I have never had a day that I could not find support when I needed it.

People centric doesn't just apply to our customers. Employees can speak up and have honest conversations. I have never felt that I can't talk about an issue or ask questions.
