What do you like best about the leadership team?
The BDR leadership team does a great job elevating our skills to improve our position while incentivizing and rewarding us for that improvement or success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we have unlimited PTO and Wellness Days! It shows that the company really cares about what happens outside of the work life.

My team is great when it comes to recognizing each other's wins. We love to continue learning from each other and keep each other accountable and motivated!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the inclusive enviroment Proofpoints strives to provide with all identities and cultural groups. Having that awareness is such a huge key to understanding the people who work for you and letting them know that the company cares.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that my job makes a difference in protecting people from threats and attacks the average human isn't aware of. It's cool to see the companies and organizations we work with that stay protected - knowing I play a role in that, gives me satisfaction.
