Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
OTE is great. My director has 27 peeps on the team. 3 hit quota last quarter. That is discouraging. 6 of the 7 people on my team are new this year. The veteran of 2.5 year hit quota last quarter ....for the first time since he started. #discouraging.
