My team is filled with smart people, eager to get things done and also learn new things. Everyone is sincere and there are no "big egos" trying to show off.

#1 Transparency. We have weekly town hall meetings with the CEO and E team. We know what the company focus is. We know the company financials. #2 Generosity. Proofpoint pays well, and is generous with time off as well. #3 Financial discipline. The e team has a laser focus on keeping expenses down.
