All of them are very eager to help and work together. makes the job a lot easier.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Right now, I'm in a student position and my future in the company is a bit unclear. No one has a clear answer about it. most of the employee development programs are irrelevant to me (There is no official development program for students).
