They offer clarity, honesty and always have time for questions and even in person chats. They believe in the products and the people here and truly look after us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is competitive to the market- whilst still offering a very good work life balance and flexibility: we work hard and earn good money, but also have evenings and lunch times too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are from different backgrounds, experience and beliefs- we are open and have good conversations about what we can do to improve. Everyone gets a chance to speak. We only hire the best- that means driven and yet personable and friendly individuals that want to build a career here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone helps each other: we all started here once, and we swarm to make sure new starters have everything they need. This means we dont have disparate teams, rather people in an office help others out, and my team has the support of colleagues in the same role in Europe, Australia, Africa and USA
