Wellness day every quarter. WFH and work from remote locations for many weeks in a year. Employee options in lieu of RSU's
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a very positive and happy culture. We are all about solution and not redtape. Its a joy to work in a place like this
What are some of the best things about your team?
The smallest tenure in my team is 5 years so we have built a VERY experienced team and our leadership allows us to be independent and does not micromanage as its not needed.
