The peace in my office and getting to interact in person with other individuals.

When you know you're a good team because you all agree on the same subjects.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They believe and still, exercise work-life balance. Providing the ability to work remotely or even hybrid schedules makes this possible. They continue to care as a team and treat you like family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that the longer you work for a company, you are more likely to be paid less than your newer colleagues. I think a market adjustment program would be beneficial across the organization.
