Feeling that the work I'm doing is actually appreciated by my company, clients, manager and sales teams.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Total compensation is fantastic. My OTE isn't extremely difficult to achieve, but does require commitment. It's absolutely fair.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always finding ways for the employee experience to improve. Adding benefits, wellbeing days, weekly company meetings, inclusion groups, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Doesn't feel like a grind, I get to have a balance of learning, working, socializing, and having a life outside of work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're always willing to cover for one another in the event of a sickness, family emergency, or if you're not a subject matter expert at whatever comes up with your clients.
