What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have developed many close friends which are more than coworkers. We really care about each other so more of a family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are more than an executive team in name. They really care about the employees; all levels and address accomplishments by individuals/teams quite often. Regular town halls to keep us all informed is super helpful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smartest people on earth! not only smart but also humble and always willing to help each other but no one ever acts like they know it all. Everyone finds they can learn from each other.
