What makes you most happy at work?
Collaborating with fantastic teams. Freedom and flexibility to use your skills to be effective. Empowerment to try new ideas and not be afraid to fail. Feeling like you have the support and empowerment from management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I came from quite a toxic company. There is a lovely and positive culture here. People are so welcoming and friendly. People are kind and supportive. There is a sense that people want you to be successful. But there is a healthy balance between work focus and fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are #1 in what we do, which gives you pride for the company. Plus we are investing and growing rapidly, which create many opportunities for people to grow and progress in their roles. There is good recognition from my manager/exec team. You really feel part of something special here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A mix of things including: 1) Openness & transparency 2) lack of ego/hierarchies - they are accessible 3) We are people-centic by portfolio and by company. 4) They listen and you feel consulted/brought into the plan 5) Stability - we take managed risks but you feel safe & secure
