They have been more invested in me on a personal level and not just another employee. Definitely want to ensure my success here at the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great health, dental and vision. The wellbeing portion is amazing, although I haven't utilized it yet. Quarterly wellbeing days have a huge impact on the teams as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
The order of investment of the company is PEOPLE, PRODUCT and CUSTOMER. Most companies are more concerned with Revenue and while that is important, Proofpoint has prioritized its #1 asset, its people.
