I feel we have great chemistry that allows us to work really well together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was given RSU's as well as a retention bonus and a salary increase each year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a diverse culture and love that PP allows the different culture teams to do non-related work functions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership really cares about their employees. Burnout during quarter ends is very real and leadership understands employees needs to keep us from "going over the edge".
What makes you most happy at work?
PP allows us to work from home....being able to have a work life balance makes me very happy and I'm able to bring my "A-Game" every day.
