Realize that I have work to do and don't want to be asked questions.

Realize that some people working are just working to get paid, not actually enjoying the work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
An ongoing customer project has been going on for months due to limited access and unclear goals. The customer needs to realize that they are not our only customer and this request will take time.
