Soliciting feedback in friendly manner. Any good leader always tries to get feedback from others in honest ways.
The team is friendly and always open to suggestions from anyone. Nothing is high-handed and there is no drama.
The company work culture respects employees' time and so I in turn respect the company and try my best.
Being able to have open and friendly discussions about how to tackle problems as a team. As long as everyone can be heard in a fair manner, I'm fine with anything.
