My experience at Proofpoint has been consistently positive. It's not a struggle to get anyone's time to help me or the other way around. I'm also able to contribute to project leadership without being the lead, which is all I really ask for.

The team is friendly and always open to suggestions from anyone. Nothing is high-handed and there is no drama.

The company work culture respects employees' time and so I in turn respect the company and try my best.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to have open and friendly discussions about how to tackle problems as a team. As long as everyone can be heard in a fair manner, I'm fine with anything.
