Diversity, openness to new ideas, we bolster one another, we're all conscientious, and we leverage each other's strengths.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (the group, ideal, initiative). I've only been at Proofpoint for a year and a few months, but I feel like Proofpoint was "DEI before DEI was cool."
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In a large and international company, they take the time to communicate updates to the rest of us, through weekly webcasts, which are made available via recording if scheduling conflicts occur. Tenets are clear and encouraged. Personal goals are proactively sought out, encouraged, and supported.
