I have been with the company for about 18 months. I could see myself working here another 18 years. It has been a fantastic company with great coworkers and terrific benefits. The work feels meaningful and there is almost never a dull moment. Internal wellness programs are top notch!

Very clear and transparent on where I am at compared to industry standard. Have a clear path for progress.

Very intelligent and do not need much direction. Always willing to provide feedback and look for ways to grow as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very transparent about company goals and objectives and let's us know how we are progressing. Always highlighting the teams and individuals who do good work.
What makes you most happy at work?
The creativity of building things from scratch. Management allowing me to work on things I want to work on and not being afraid to let me fail and learn from the experience.
