Coworkers who are likeable, hard workers, very competent. Hiring practices that encourage this to continue to be the case. Management respects work/life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent, honest, smart strategic thinking. Listens to employee feedback - forewarned about eventual return to office during COVID but got push back so when time came, did a 180 and allowed WFH to continue indefinitely for most roles.
