Just a great group of people, very easy to get along with and work with.

Good interactions with coworkers, feeling I'm doing a good job and getting recognized for it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are treated like adults, pretty complete lack of micromanagement/things happening for stupid reasons, work/life balance is respected and encouraged.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I certainly feel like they are less remote than other places I've worked, I actually know who they are and have some sense of how they operate.
