Pay rate is based on cost of living however census here is out of date and relatively inaccurate

eagerness to learn as a team. and friendly competition between the in house team helps with a common goal
What makes you most happy at work?
I like work keeps me busy, the boredom of covid drove me crazy. i see work as a vacation from being broke
