Working as a team is definitely something that is key to be successful at proofpoint.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great! Although i don't see the accurate numbers but am quite thankful with how am being compensated.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just being able to reach our daily results at the end of the day. Sometime its a challenge, but working as a team makes it all happen.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Trainings are provided, our team leaders conducts 1x1 with us as individuals to share and get an insight of what we need to improve and succeed here at Proofpoint.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the positive side for me is being able to give inputs and have it taken into considerations. The fact that we can also share our weakness on any work related area and gain help to improve to become better at it.
