Its been alright. The pay is just terrible. Got promoted and was given a small increase and was not given my yearly compensation as it was "already included".

The pay and compensation. Company can do better.

They need to be able to complete tasks on their own or exhaust all resources before they ask for help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We come from a place where cost of living is cheap. So the company pays us shit. We do the same thing as the US Teams for way less pay. Our pay should at least match or almost match the US Team,
