What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency is phenomenal - they share everything, without corporate doublespeak, and they do this in a weekly town hall for all employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and benefits are great, and love the three weeks work from anywhere policy. This, coupled with the hybrid work environment, creates an ideal work/life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone here eats, sleeps and breathes security, and that's why I'm here. I believe that we need to make the Internet a better place, and my coworkers all agree. When the entire team is that focused, it's magical.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone focuses on the PROBLEM and skips the BLAME portion. Yes, we will root cause any issue and work to drive out inefficiency and error, but at the same time we go FAST and mistakes happen - and that' s perfectly ok and expected. Fail fast, course correct, and move on with the mission.
