I love working here and have brought over 5 people in my 4 plus years. Management is great, co workers are great and the openness to contact experts in other departments when issues arise is fantastic. I hope to retire here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Friendliness and willingness to share details of the company's direction. The time they take to give awards I feel is a great way to keep moral up.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexible time so I can spend it with my family. That's number 1 and having a job that allows that is something I do not take lightly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is fun. We are all remote and the banter in the chat really makes the days go quick. Willingness to jump in and help others is amazing. Ask a question and it's rare you don't have 3 possible answers in 5 minutes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We really love the Cigna insurance plan. The vision plan is great. My optometrist told me it was an amazing plan. My salary is great and the yearly compensation reviews are better than I have ever received in my 25 yrs plus in the industry.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't tell you how many times I have heard by all levels of management teams I have heard them encourage us to take time off. Concern for burn out is very apparent. I really appreciate the generous time off and special employee holidays.
