I am disappointed that I did not find proofpoint earlier in my career. My personal experience at proofpoint has been fabulous. It is challenging, fun, exciting and a rewarding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has the same goal and we all know what it is.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Proofpoint leadership listens to their employees. Other companies I have worked with claimed this, but proofpoint actually does.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are things in my compensation that I never received in the past, so everything about the package is fantastic.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to think that knowing that work will be challenging and I will get to learn new technologies and new skills is key to my happiness at work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone helps everyone. Co-workers want to see their fellow co-workers succeed. I believe that this sediment is top-down, so if I see my manager and his manager doing everything to make everyone successful, it makes me want to do the same.
