I love working at Proofpoint. I am in my 50's and have worked many places. Proofpoint is far and away the best employer I have ever had. Proofpoint's management wants a great place to work and they work hard to make that happen! THEY have worked at bad companies and work hard to avoid being one!

Our team is very cohesive, we communicate daily despite being in several regions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is competitive to the market and there is a 'complete' package. Nothing missing.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do and who I do it with. I love that I am confident that my entire management infrastructure cares about the employees!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Proofpoint's leadership team is transparent. This is wonderfully refreshing and such a dramatic change from every other place I have worked at over the last 35 years. There is a start difference in Proofpoint's culture towards it's employees compared to the many other places I have worked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At Proofpoint, we are one team! In it together in good times an during stressful times, which fortunately are not too frequent. People work together to solve complex problems and when issues are found, we search for the root cause and how to prevent them from happening again.
