I enjoy it so much I gush about it to everyone. I am constantly trying to convince people I know that are good at their job and unhappy where they work to come to us. I don't just enjoy what I do and who I do it for, but I personally want to see this company succeed, and work towards that daily.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's quite fair, especially considering the stock and bonuses. The Healthcare and other benefits are top notch.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the culture in itself is positive, which comes from the top. Even when the rest of the world is in turmoil, our team is constant and steady, educated and reassuring.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team, everyone at Proofpoint has a goal of doing our job well, and it goes a long way. We appreciate attention to detail and going the extra step to put ourselves above the competition.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do and who I do it for. Our products are great and I thoroughly enjoy talking to and engaging with our customers to help them understand how to use our tools to their fullest extent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are honest and up front, we hold weekly webinars for the entire company to participate in, but are not required. They do an AMAZING job of creating culture and a connection with employees even though we are almost all remote.
