We are given the opportunity to get a raise every year, as well as bonus for those who qualify for it.

I love the fact they are very transparent to us about the future of the company, what is needed by us to achieve that.

The freedom to work from home, schedule is somewhat flexible and if necessary I can always take a min to take care of personal business.

We are like ONE big family. We meet on daily basis, not only for work but also just for the normal chatter. I feel like I can share my opinion with them and I won't be judged about it. We are having fun together and someone is always willing to help you out.
