I came to Proofpoint from the acquisition of Wombat. It was exciting to be a part of a start up and then a publicly traded company and now private equity and planning to go public. There's constant innovation within Proofpoint because of acquisitions and product enhancements so I'm never bored!

Annual raises and bonuses. Stock options are also important to me.
