Open, honest, vulnerable, and human. People and managers are human, they're not gods that cannot be questioned. We can ask honest and direct questions and feel safe about it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're open and vulnerable, I appreciate that they listen to their employees but that they are also human and express their feelings about challenges they face at work and how it relates to everyone.
