They are all better than competent. There is no dead weight and that is because the of strength of our hiring skills.
What makes you most happy at work?
A job well done. You would be surprised how hard it is to get satisfaction at a job. I loath failure, I want to be succeding with those around me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's an easy thing to do, work someone until they can't anymore. Its a much harder thing caring for a person so they can be at their best. Proofpoint does the hard thing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have staff that take company culture seriously. As a result I never feel like I am pressured to do things. This is a paved road approach and I am grateful for it.
