My team is amazing. We purposely hire great people so we only have great teams and great employees.

They are honest and the E-Staff is happy to talk to you in the hall. They are real people and actually care.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The honesty and support from management is equal to the care for the employees. We have wellness days, and extra day every quarter, 24 paid hours above and beyond to take care of ourselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Laughter and we always help each other, there are people who will jump in at a moment's notice - need to go to the vet - I got you, have a sick child - no worries, I got you covered, need a day - I will back you up. Team mates are always willing to help.
