We're family. Doesn't matter your beliefs, race, or gender. We all love and respect eachother.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. I love getting the chance to serve others and it's nice to be appreciated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're transparent and really unify departments. I love that they're involved at a high level and share positive feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a manager and I have employees who I know don't make a fair wage when comparing to other employees. I also know some of my employees and the person who recently had my role make a great deal more than me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is truly a team. We don't call each other out for mistakes we help fix them and ask what can we do better next time. I also love that if anyone needs help the entire team is ready and willing to jump in. This doesn't just apply to my direct team, it's all of the company.
