The compensation is either on or above the market value of my role, and the structuring of the compensation package is excellent

Have good awareness of the peoples needs and wants, work towards providing those needs and wants and going beyond in providing more than expected to ensure people are comfortable.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting all tasks completed and having a clear backlog at the end of the day or week which gives a sense of fulfillment... and receiving good feedback from either the customer or managers or both.
