What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Proofpoint Pride, Proofpoint MILES, etc. and the cross corporation social events like the escape rooms.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have our strengths and weaknesses and can ask for help when someone is better at something. We try to show appriciation for the work each other does.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although it doesn't affect me, it is actually supporting women in conservative states by paying for them to travel out of state for women's health care. Putting money behind words.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is actually putting DEI practices in action. The leadership team is invested in social equality and does what it can, where it can to support its employees. They care that people are heard and that all employees have a chance to learn how the company works.
