Coworkers need to improve ownership, follow-through, and accountability to ensure responsibilities are completed consistently. We could work better together with clearer role expectations, balanced workloads, and stronger communication to prevent gaps and last-minute coverage.

I feel undervalued as my role has expanded beyond scope and I often cover gaps left by others without added recognition or pay. Compensation seems tied to experience, though role expectations remain the same. I’d value pay aligned
