The relatively high base salary, RSUs/stock options are a fine incentive but salary is reliable and consistent and Proofpoint offers great base salaries.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The freedom to speak up and have your voice heard even in meetings with more senior leadership. Everyone's opinion feels welcome and encouraged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're always friendly and willing to step in when possible to help on a project. I've never felt pushback when asking for help and overall it's a really supportive team.
