They need to put more into their employees as well as their systems. Their systems are very outdated and slow and their plan rules are so disorganized that it’s hard to give the right info and feel confident about
Big changes in a vacuum. Executives tried to skip to implementation without ensuring that employees understand the strategy (if there is one) and earning the trust it will take to get there. Employees are working harder than ever to support transformation but anyone human suddenly feels replaceable.
