They are excited to hire people. They pay more than min wage, but still less than a living wage.
What makes you most happy at work?
Happy customers. Being able to make their drinks and bag their orders to perfection. Give them clean tables. Also the unlimited Arnold Palmers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers are toxic and employees have a lack of prior experience, so they don’t know better and perpetuate toxic attitudes when they become manager
