Store meetings are a great way to build knowledge and grow the connection between crew and leads
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits should be more readily available and cost effective for the crew team. Currently I have insurance but have yet to receive my ID cards so its not useable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My shift leads and GM work with me to overcome my limitations. I'm hard of hearing with physical limitations & work brings me joy. My leads have never made me feel less for my limitations, instead they encourage me to continue to grow with Canes
