I have loved the company and always have been passionate about my work but recently the CEO at C0442 has been changing up. He has kept us outside in below freezing weather while ignoring us when we say its too cold, even during slow times. The CEO has said rude things or encouraged rude statements.

Our crewmemebrs spirit while working.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have. good structure as well as thoughts. We always stay on top of things and are understanding to changes that are needed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding their crewmembers, listening to cries for help, encouraging good behavior, being patient with their workers, treating their workers equally, not being MANIPULATIVE!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I am unable to do a certain task the managers/CEO will treat you differently in a bad way. They almost "punish" you by making you do dishes.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The CEO is a huge issue and needs to be changed! Everyone thinks this some are too afraid to speak up because they believe their job is on the line and dont want to risk it. This job had made mine as well as many other worker's mental health plummit.
