What did you like most about the interview process?

Negotiations and discussions of topics during the interview.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Lack of care and disrespect towards certain people due to their importance in society, from military families to medical care groups.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Freedom to communicate openly with managers and regional supervisors over the operations. Chance to communicate with someone who will actually due something to make me feel appreciated and listened to.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being respectful and understanding, willing to understand mistakes, especially with tasks that rarely occur. Decrease the hours the restaurant is open to decrease total operating cost. Having the superving managers talk away from operators to better understand the reality of what's going on.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My coworkers are respectful & helpful. I respect my shift managers for their appreciation & leadership. However I feel depreciated & disrespected by the operation/assistant manager. & many of my fellow coworkers agree they're willing to work, but we become unmotivated due to the operation managers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being paid, for meals during shift, due to sickness or ailments perventing from us working safely. More clothing we can use as uniforms. Not being asked to pick up shifts when on vacation. A safe place to discuss our opinion work. Being paid fairly compaired to new hires due to worker shortage.
