I am a crewmember at Raising canes 12. The management is terrible. As hard as i work over there i dont get appreciated and respected like i should. Managers favor alot of people and not everyone is treated equall. It is a very toxic work place.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We laugh together and have fun together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a minor I am happy with my pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers. We never really have any arguments with eack other. We all get along pretty well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The only reason I still work at Raising Canes is because of my coworkers. I have built so many friendships that will last forever. As for shift managers, they are very disrespectful. They do not always display leadership skills and do not treat crew the right way. Our General Manager is amazing.
