What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs more structure & absoulutly no favoritism. Bounderies shouldnt be crossed just because an employee is kind

I feel unvalued becuse i genuinely maje an effort to do everythingni know and im asked to do to keep the resturant im work at functioning great. I see others actually breaking rules and not getting bullied the way i do.
