My overall experience from the biggining has been kinda rough everytime I get paid one of the managers or the general manager him self has messed with my pay, I get promised a raise and get told its been in and everything but when I check i havent recieved anything so very dissapointed.

There really isn't a best part it all has its own purpose.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There quite, they listen, and they go to work and not play.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about my work place is something I haven't seen yet.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They get orders out fast and accuratly, and they also solve situations the best of their ability.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would change how long I talk to the employee because mine was super short asked me about a handful of questions then it was over.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Peoples pay are getting messed up and managers are changing certain people hours to say they worked less. The general manager makes empty promises with raises, certain people just walk-out on a shift and nothings done to them and much more.
