My store on hampden and tamarc was my far the worst store I've worked at. Management doesn't know how to be on one page and instead all have their own way of running the store. Schedules are always in favor of the favorites. Never had enough closers so one person had to close kitchen. Gm was rude
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get entirely retrained on how to handle their staff and how to talk to them. They need to improve on how to hire people and fire the people that harass the co workers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was a certified trainer and the people I was supposed to train were already starting pay was higher then my own. How can that be possible when I worked for this title and the extra bucks.
