What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Learn what culture really is. Canes love can only get you so far! Treat business professionals as business professionals! Stop with the helicopter management style!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Calm down on the intensity of your micromanagement. Trust your leaders. Big brother is always watching here. Having great culture isn't memorizing your mission and vision. Culture does not equal cult like behaviors.
