I worked there for 7 month and i pulled double for this company i support new cree memeber but the managerent there never treated me fair or right i feel like they used me discriminated against me
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication woth crew showing sympathy toward your crew members acting in problems they have in the work pkace or threatens from other crew to another crew member. I never felt safe at my job and my mangers did nothing to provide a safe work place for me
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everything they are not able to work kn there own postikn on there on i always have to helo them out when im just a bord dropper the manger let crew members struggle and joke around in the work place it felt like high school and not a work place to me
