well, im currently looking for the COT hotline number so i can report harrassment that isnt being dealt with my my general manager, so id say not very well

communication with crew and making sure everyone is getting along inside the workplace
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
communication between the FOH and Kitchen, not standing around and talking when they should be cleaning something ir could restock something while customers just watch them stand around
